Courts should be the last resort for people involved in civil or family disputes.
Mediation can be used to resolve a whole range of everyday disputes including;
- Building work claims
- Contractual disputes
- Personal injury
- Professional negligence
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Will and probate issues
It is a confidential process that enables both parties to explain and then discuss what their needs and concerns are to each other in the presence of an independent third party – the mediator – so that they reach an agreement between themselves.
The individuals concerned have greater control and responsibility in resolving disagreements. Such control is substantially lost in litigation where the Court will impose a solution. In addition the range of potential solutions open to the Court is fairly narrow. In mediation, the individuals can go further and be more creative.
Mediation empowers parties to control the length of the process, the issues they would like to discuss, and the outcome.
Resolve your dispute for as little as £400

- A 3 hour mediation starts at £400 + VAT per party.
- A full day’s mediation starts at £750 + VAT per party.
- Open ended mediations are priced on request.
