We may not be able to provide you with a detailed response if we have to investigate or chase others on your behalf. But we promise to acknowledge your enquiry and will let you know when you can expect a more detailed reply.

Leonard Gray prides itself on personal service. You will be given a named contact from the outset and this is the person that will handle your matter. We are intentionally open and approachable so that you can call or email whenever the need arises.
No hidden costs
Sometimes, our new clients are a little worried about how they will be charged. Let us reassure you. Any initial telephone advice is free and without obligation.
If you are not eligible for legal aid, then we will explain the exact cost per mediation session in advance. And you can rest assured that there will be no additional charges on your final bill for things like telephone calls or letters.

For some clients, the issues we’re helping you to tackle can involve emotion and stress. And on occasion, this can lead to frustration with the process. Please don’t keep this to yourself. Catherine has helped many clients over the years to get the service they need, either by overseeing the process personally or simply by being immediately available when needed.
