It's NOT an April fool! There will be no Legal Aid for most divorcing clients after 1st April 2013

From 1st April 2013 separating and divorcing couples will lose the right in most cases to have legal aid. Leonard Gray is the only local law firm with a long established Mediation practice and we know the backdrop to the law and can give neutral information to both parties. This document outlines the changes to Legal Aid and explains how much solicitors can claim to provide legal advice in connection with a Family Mediation.
